Max Payne 3 announced, will be arriving at winter 2009

Lets kick of this news entry with a quote from Rockstar founder Sam Houser.

Quote: We're starting a new chapter of Max's life with this game. This is Max as we've never seen him before, a few years older, more world-weary and cynical than ever. We experience the downward spiral of his life after the events of Max Payne 2 and witness his last chance for salvation.

I'm interested in this. While I haven't actually finished Max Payne 2 yet, the story and the way it was told has always been interesting to me. And lets not forget that the first two games were developed by Remedy, a Finnish game development company, who is still working on Alan Wake I guess. Have to keep track of your countrymen.
